This month, we wanted to introduce you to a very important member of the Chatfield OzCool team. If you’ve called the Chatfield OzCool office recently, chances are you’ve already had the pleasure of speaking to Courtney, so we thought we’d properly introduce her as our Chatfield OzCool service controller.
Courtney started with Chatfield OzCool back in 2018, and since then she has been a vital part of the day-to-day operations of the company. As the Chatfield OzCool service controller, Courtney is the hub of the Chatfield OzCool office, being the first point of contact for anyone who contacts the office. Courtney is responsible for keeping track of stock levels, as well as ordering stock and parts that technicians require to complete repair services. Responsible for scheduling Chatfield OzCool repair and service jobs, Courtney manages the tricky task of booking in the technicians for client call-outs. Combine that with all of the Chatfield OzCool invoicing, and we’re sure you can see why Courtney is such a pivotal member of the Chatfield OzCool team!
When Courtney isn’t managing the busy schedule at Chatfield OzCool, she enjoys camping, exploring new places, and spending time with her family.
